Hi! My name is Stephanie Zonis, and welcome to the May, 2002 edition of “For Chocolate Lovers Only”. Each month, you’ll find recipes, tips, and recommendations on great chocolate specialties. Happy Mother’s Day to my Mom and Moms everywhere; I stand in awe of you all.

Chocolate Recommendation of the Month: What has the chocolatey richness of a truffle, yet isn’t a truffle? One of the answers is a chocolate truffle cookie from Ocean View Sweets, this month’s Chocolate Recommendation. If ever there was an apt name for baked goods, this is it.
