Sorry it's a bit late but maybe next year! I think you are talking about Roties so here is how you do it. Take the potatoe and cut it into small uniform peices. Melt some butter in a dish and toss the potatoes in with some S&P cook on moderate heat till golden brown a cooked thru about 40 min tossing frequently fat when done Season again with S&P and choped Parsly and serve.
