My tip is a fresh tomato pasta sauce.5 large ripe tomatoes5 tbsps of fresh chopped basil1/2 tsp of minced garlica dash of salt and pepperNo cooking is needed, esp if the tomatoes are rip.Just toss all the ingredients in in a bowl andput over cooked pasta.The best part about this is that you can make the sauce pto an hour before!
