I too love Raclette! Here is a simple recipe...

Have about 200 grams of Swiss Raclette Cheese per person and slice it thick.

Have the following prepared and ready for the melted cheese...

Boiled small potatoes in their skins

spiced pickles, gherkins, pepper, and paprika.

Small pieces of beef, veal, or pork tenderloin (already cooked)

Kidney slices and little cipolata sausages grilled and seasoned.

Cut carrots, broccali, and celery into sticks.

Serve with a light white or red wine and hot apple cider, nothing too cold.
