There is not much that drives me crazy. I have worked in the industry 15 years. But some customers
can push my limits of control , especailly the people who expect it to taste just like mums . They are never
pleased and complain about everything . That is where I discoverd the beauty of europe . There they are not so consumer orientated like the US/NZ or OZ they take the time to understand the guests needs and the guest takes the time to educate you to
forfill his/her expectations. You and your guest have a fabulos time (and they take there time to enjoy your
work) and to me it is simply orgasmioc.
