My opinion, as an owner and operator of a small Italianrestaurant, is to get some experience. Go work for a restaurant.Also, ask yourself questions:Do I want to give up my life?Do I want to do anything else but be in this restaurant?Is it okay if I go under in 2 months?I wonder what it is like to work with children?Can I wait 2 years to make any money?Will my wife put up with me never being home?etc.
