I work behind the line in a high volume restaurant.I cannot stand when servers come into the kitchen(after they have made their third miss-ring;probably due totheir three inch nails); venting their aggressions toward usand scream " how would you like to be out there dealingwith these jerks?" The answer is, " there, done that",and I can have no sympathy for someone who takes home twiceas much as me in half the time, regardless of the years ofexperience either of us have under our belts, or stressundergone in that four hour shift they work.Front and back of the house disrespect has always been around,but why can` we all get along?
