I think it is inappropriate for guests to come in and demandspecial orders and special preparations from the kitchenunless they are truly dietary related. Special orders disruptthe flow of the kitchen. Each and every diner in the restaurantwill ultimately wait longer to receive their food when customersrequest special orders.If customers want non-dietary related special orders they shouldfrequent the restaurant before or after the peak business hours.Customers who lie about allergies cause the kitchen to back upeven further.
