Only in America we can express our opions.Education is the key tosuccess.Also just because some of us been to culinary school andFINISH.We` not chefs until we have knowledge,TIME,experience,which is abouttenyears.So the culinary grads that call them selfs executive chefs need to becertified first.Anyone can pay for culinary school and be a cook.To becertifiedat C.S.C.,C.E.C., need training and experience and will be testedby other chefs on your skills.Chefs who say certification is a farce trymatching your skills with a C.M.C or C.E.C..The American Culinary Federationis the only educational forom to certified chefs.
