Today I went to a McDonalds in Lake Worth Florida and the attitude of the girl in the drive through taking my order was UNBELIEVABLE. First of all when she repeated my order I couldn't understand her. I nicely said to her "I'm sorry but I couldn't hear you, could you please repeat that?" Her reply than was, V E R Y S L O W L Y... I S A I D T H A T W A S A C H E E S E B U R G E R, etc..etc..etc. She was speaking to me as if I were retarded! This McDonald's is known for the help to have SEVERE attitudes! I had one girl in the drive through window practically throw my food to me and just walk away without me being able to ask for some napkins or anything. It isn't my fault that she can't speak correctly enough for her to be understood. I would bet if you sent someone there to check on how the help is you would be very surprised at how rude they almost ALL are..
: : : Maybe you should read through some of these complaints. As for staying home if we cannot keep a good attitude, it's people like you that think the customer is there to please you that bring restaurants down. It's a competitive business and many owners lose lots of money when servers have the kind of attitude you have. A fine restaurant will often change the mood of the individual that walks in stressed.
: : : Yes, dining is supposed to be an enjoyable experience, however, if it is not and it's because of the service, you get little if any tip from me!
: : : Tipping is at the discretion of the customer, it's not your right.
: : Well said. It is too often the jerk who is serving you does everything possiable to insure you will never come back to the establishment and then expects a 20 percent tip for his effort. It is high time the public at large puts a stop to exceptions from a minimum wage appling to resturant workers. Today the kids at McDonalds get more than minimum. It is not because they are generous but they
: : have to pay more to get workers and there is usally a help wanted sign in the window.
