Oooooh! You shouldn` have asked this question. Over priced wines drive mebonkers.Yo! Restaurant owners! What the hell are you trying to do?You either price the wine so high that no one can afford it, or if youprice a bottle resonably, it is undrinkable. Either way we` screwed. We`payingso much for the wine that we can` enjoy your food because we` pissed offabout the price of the wine, or we` drinking lousy wine that does a disserviceto your cooking. Wine was meant to compliment your food, not distract fromit. Price the wines at, or near your cost. Make money on your food. If Ican get a nicebottle of wine for $10 - $15, I` probably buy more food, maybe have adesert wine. Please don` sell me a bottle of wine for $18 - $20 that I just saw inLarry` $9.99. Now see what you` done? You` got me all jervous and nerky. I`have tostop by Larry` for a nice bottle of red wine to soothe my nerves.
