Maybe you should save your pennys.Do you actually think a restaurant can survive on products near cost.YOu people need real help.How much do you think that federally enforced Liquor license costs? Notto mentionthe other 200 things restaurants have to pay out including but notlimited to , payroll , employee benifitsfood, liquor , gas , rent $$ , electric, taxes$$, accountants, lawyers,payroll companys, banks, loans and other.The Ratio of liquor and food can vary between 17-40 percent of salesdepending onwhat kind of place your in.Get a grip if you can` afford it your in the wrong line of work.
