I, as a waitress, CANNOT STAND, when managers, hostesses, and bussers tell me to rush my tables because they have a wait going. It's not your servers fault, the tip should not be taken back! You should speak to the manager if you are disappointed, not punish your server, as your server is probably annoyed that the management is rushing his or her tables out. We don't want you to leave upset, we want you to come back, but if we are in the kitchen getting an order, or at another table while you are in the restroom, there is not much we can do. The server shouldn't be punished for the mistakes of the host staff!
