Pasta Souffle recipe
Heat the water to a rolling boil, add salt and cook the pasta until al dente.
Scald the milk and combine with the pasta, butter, cheese, ham, salt and pepper.
Let the mixture cool completely and add the egg yolks.
Mix thoroughly.
Beat the egg whites until stiff but not dry and fold them into the pasta mixture.
Turn the mixture into a 3 qt. soufflŽ dish and cook in a preheated oven to 350 degrees for 1/2 hr.
then turn oven up to 400 degrees and bake for 10 minutes more.
