Duval-Leroy’s Range of Champagnes
- Brut Non-Vintage - 75% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay
- Brut Premier Cru – 65-80% Pinot Noir, 20-35% Chardonnay
- Vintage - 65% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir
- Blanc de Chardonnay 1996 - 100% Chardonnay (A personal favorite;
I always keep a couple of bottles of this wine ready at home)
- Extra Brut Millésimé – 80% Chardonnay,
20% Pinot Noir
- Demi Sec – 30% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot
Meunier
- Lady Rosé – 100% Pinot Noir (specially blended
to go with desserts)
- Rosé de Saignée – 100% Pinot Noir (“Saignée”
is the traditional method of making a rosé in Champagne; the
grapes are macerated for a brief time to extract just a bit of color.
The alternative is to blend fully extracted red wine with white)
Premium Cuvees:
- Cuvée des Roys – 82% Chardonnay, 18% Pinot Noir
- Collection “Paris” – 40% Chardonnay, 60%
Pinot Noir (featuring a fanciful silk-screened skyline of Paris as conceived
by painter Leroy Neiman)
- Cuvée Leroy Neiman – 85% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot
Noir (also featuring artwork by Leroy Neiman)
- Cuvée Femme – 89% Chardonnay, 11% Pinot Noir (Their
Tête de Cuvée)
