Ingredients:
Peach Purée:
- 1 ripe peach
- 4 sage leaves
- 1 teaspoon raw organic sugar
Golden Fiddle:
- 1 ½ ounces Square One vodka
- 1 ounce Peach Puree
- Dash of apricot bitters
- Club soda, as needed
- Wedge of fresh peach, to garnish
Method:
For the Peach Purée:
Puree all ingredients in a Vita-Mix BarBoss and strain through a rough colander.
For the Golden Fiddle:
Shake Square One vodka, purée and bitters together and pour over ice into a Collins glass. Top with club soda and garnish with a wedge of fresh peach.
