Yield: 1 Servings

Ingredients:

    Peach Purée:
  • 1 ripe peach
  • 4 sage leaves
  • 1 teaspoon raw organic sugar

    Golden Fiddle:

  • 1 ½ ounces Square One vodka
  • 1 ounce Peach Puree
  • Dash of apricot bitters
  • Club soda, as needed
  • Wedge of fresh peach, to garnish

Method:

For the Peach Purée:
Puree all ingredients in a Vita-Mix BarBoss and strain through a rough colander.

For the Golden Fiddle:
Shake Square One vodka, purée and bitters together and pour over ice into a Collins glass. Top with club soda and garnish with a wedge of fresh peach.
