Yield: 1 Cocktail
Ingredients:
1 cup whole cherries, pitted
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 2 ounces simple syrup
- 2 ounces Bluecoat gin
To Assemble and Serve:
- 1 lemon wedge
- 1 whole cherry
Method:
In the Bar Boss, combine the cherries with the lemon juice and simple syrup. Blend on setting #1 until puree is smooth and frothy. Pour into a mixing glass and add the gin. Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with ice and garnish with a lemon wedge and a whole cherry.
