Blueberries: Submit your Recipe & Win Cash
Send us your original recipe using blueberries and you could win cash and have your recipe published on The contest is open to both working chefs and culinary students. For each division, the first prize is $1000 and a second prize of $500. Recipe entries must include highbush (cultivated) blueberries--fresh, frozen, or canned -used in innovative appetizers, entrees, salads, desserts, baked goods or breakfast items. Entries will be judged on taste, appearance, originality and effective use of blueberries. Entries will be accepted between June 15 and August 15, 2007. Please submit recipes online through the form below. You must be at least 18 and verify that you are employed in a professional kitchen or enrolled in a culinary school in the United States.
