No purchase necessary. All entries will remain anonymous. To enter, completely fill out and send the electronic submission form. The Sweepstakes begins February 24, 2005 and ends at 12 Noon EST on April 7, 2005.

Open only to legal residents of the United States 21 years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law. The winner and the winner's selected companion must be available to travel for two (2) consecutive days.

There will be one Prize winner chosen by random drawing. Winners will be notified by email. No purchase or payment of any money is necessary to enter. One entry per household. All entries become exclusive property of StarChefs and Boiling Water Inc. and will not be acknowledged or returned. StarChefs or Boiling Water assumes no responsibility for lost, late, illegible, incomplete or misdirected entries. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.

Contestants may also enter by printing the Survey, fill it out and include the words READER SURVEY SWEEPSTAKES 2005, your name, address and zip code. Mail in an envelope to: StarChefs, 9 East 19th Street, 9th Floor, New York, NY 10003. Each entry must be mailed separately. Entry limited to one per household. Entries that are printed by machine or otherwise mechanically reproduced will not be accepted. All mailed entries must be received by April 7, 2005. By acceptance of Prize, winners agree to the use of their name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a promotion code good for up to One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) to be used towards the purchase of a Site59 Last-Minute Getaway (maximum value $1,000.00) at www.site59.com (the "Site59 Promo Code"). The Site59 Promo Code may only be used once and is only redeemable for Site59 Last-Minute Getaway made through the Site59 Web site. The Site59 Promo Code may not be used for purchases of gift certificates or Beef & Guns products. The Site59 Promo Code may not be redeemed in or exchanged for cash and is not transferable. If lost or stolen, the Site59 Promo Code will not be replaced. No refund or credit will be issued should the price of the Site59 Last-Minute Getaway chosen be less than the value of the Site59 Promo Code. The Site59 Promo Code must be used by December 31, 2005. Approximate retail value of the Prize is One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), Prize value may vary depending upon the actual cost of the Site59 Last-Minute Getaway selected by the winner.

The Grand Prize will be issued to the winner about six (6) to eight (8) weeks after the eligibility and address of the winner have been confirmed. Winner will be required to choose a Site59 Last-Minute Getaway from the Site59 Web site at www.site59.com and all travel must be booked by December 31, 2005 or the prize will be forfeited. Please note that Site59 Last-Minute Getaways are only available from a limited number of U.S. departure cities. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description onsite, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, personal charges at lodging, security fees, or other expenses or incidentals are the responsibility solely of winner. Winner is solely responsible for obtaining and paying for passport for travel, if applicable. Travel companions must be 21 years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Sponsor is not responsible for flight cancellations or delays. Federal, state and local taxes, charges and incidental costs, if any, are the sole responsibility of prize winner.

Odds of Winning: The odds of winning will be determined by the number of valid entries received, as determined by StarChefs. All decisions are final. No substitutions of the Prize are allowed.

Employees of StarChefs and/or the sponsors, participating vendors, their subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising agencies or related companies are not eligible for prizes. Neither StarChefs or their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions or related companies are responsible for any damages, taxes or expenses that winners may incur as a result of this contest or receipt of prize. Winners further acknowledge that StarChefs has neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness.
