INGREDIENTS
1 cup whole cherries, pitted
1 ounce lemon juice
2 ounces simple syrup
2 ounces Bluecoat gin
To Assemble and Serve:
1 lemon wedge
1 whole cherry
METHOD
In the Vita-Mix® BarBoss®, combine the cherries with the lemon juice and simple syrup. Blend on setting #1 until puree is smooth and frothy. Pour into a mixing glass and add the gin. Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with ice and garnish with a lemon wedge and a whole cherry.
