Yield: Several shots


2 ribs celery, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
½ avocado, peeled and chopped
1 jalapeno, chopped
Bunch fresh cilantro, stems removed and roughly chopped
Cholula hot sauce
Fresh pineapple juice
2 limes, halved

To Assemble and Serve:

Combine equal parts of the celery, cucumber, bell pepper, and avocado in the Vitamix BarBoss Advanced. Add the jalapeno (adding more for a spicier cocktail) and top with a handful of fresh cilantro. Add a large pinch of salt, several dashes of hot sauce, 1/3 to ½ cup of pineapple juice, and a generous portion of fresh squeezed lime juice. Blend in the BarBoss on a low speed, increasing the speed briefly for a smooth mixture.

To Assemble and Serve:
Serve in a shot glass alongside a shot of tequila and a beer chaser.
