INGREDIENTS
Peach Purée:
1 ripe peach
4 sage leaves
1 teaspoon raw organic sugar
Golden Fiddle:
1 ½ ounces Square One vodka
1 ounce Peach Puree
Dash of apricot bitters
Club soda, as needed
Wedge of fresh peach, to garnish
METHOD
For the Peach Purée:
Puree all ingredients in a Vita-Mix® BarBoss® and strain through a rough colander
For the Golden Fiddle:
Shake Square One vodka, purée and bitters together and pour over ice into a Collins glass. Top with club soda and garnish with a wedge of fresh peach.
