Bone Marrow Sfomatino, Smoked Bacon, and OnionsINGREDIENTS

2 ounce La Diablada pisco
¾ ounce fresh lime juice
¾ounce simple syrup  
1 white egg
4 to 6 ounces ice
Angostura bitters


Combine pisco, lime juice, syrup, egg white, and ice in the Vitamix Quiet One. Blend at 7 percent for about 12 seconds. Pour into a chilled glass. Garnish with 4 drops Angostura bitters swirled with two straws.
