2011 Chicago Rising Star Andrew Zimmerman of Sepia in Chicago, IL had already cooked on a Jade before deciding to put one in his kitchen. Sepia’s kitchen had already been designed when Andrew opened Sepia. It did not take him long to replace two stoves with Jade equipment including a 36” range with two 18” French tops, a 30” range with an 18” graduated French top as well as two 12” open burners. When asked why he chose Jade, Andrew said that he grew up cooking on a Jade and chose it based on its high performance. |
