Project Description:
This project was designed by Mark Stech-Novak of Restaurant Consultation and Design. He has designed projects such as Spice Market, Le Cirque-LV, Norman's LA, Mundo, and Sent Sovi. Mark was looking for a manufacturer of top quality food service cooking equipment that could incorporate custom fabrication and other chef specific equipment(J&R broiler) to create a unified point of responsiblity for quality and performance. The project was designed, bid and built in a nine-month time frame. The installing dealer is Thomas-United.
