Project Description:
Inspired by the design of a piazza, The Bazaar at SLS by José Andrés is composed of several venues in one: the tapas bars Blanca (modern) and Rojo (traditional) which focus on the regional cuisines from Spain, Bar Centro, the Patisserie (with an open kitchen) and SAAM, the chef’s tasting room designed by Philippe Starck. Andrés had a bit of a different inspiration for his kitchen: he wanted it to complement his bar program, to employ the same innovative technologies for which Andrés is known both front of house and back of house. |
