The Salts project came about in 2004, when chef and co-owner Gabriel Bremer bought the restaurant. The space had been host to a fine dining restaurant for two decades and inherited equipment that was just as old. Working with a small space and a set budget, Bremer wanted to make the best investment for in his equipment, something he knew would last—and that meant Jade. Featuring two six-burners from the Supreme line, Bremer’s Jade Range has been going strong for the last five and half years.
