Yield: 1 Cocktail

Mint Simple Syrup:
8 ounces simple syrup
10 to 15 mint leaves with stems

To Assemble and Serve:
2 ounces Basil Hayden bourbon

For the Mint Simple Syrup:
Combine the simple syrup and mint in an iSi whipper and charge with 1 NO2 cream charger. Agitate for about 1 minute. Carefully remove the top of the whipper. Strain off the mint.

To Assemble and Serve:
Pour the bourbon into a highball glass. Add 1 ounce of the mint simple syrup and fill the glass with crushed ice.
