Chief Winemaker Jean-Pierre Vincent describes the Brut Extrem’ as a “diamond in the rough”. The Brut comes out of the cellar in its purest form, without adding any “liqueur de dosage” or sugar. The Brut Extrem’ is a very interesting contrast of honey flavors with a clean, dry finish. The Brut Extrem’ is an excellent pairing with oysters, prawns and sushi, highlighting the freshness and flavors of the seafood.
