Strawberry Jello Shooters with Grey Goose Vodka
Recipe from Lisa Scruggs, pastry chef of Equinox in Washington, D.C.


1 package strawberry Jello
1/4 pint strawberries (about 6)
1 cup vodka (more or less if you prefer)

Prepare the Jello according to package directions, using only 1/2 the water amount called for, the other 1/2 is substituted with the vodka and used in the next step. Puree the strawberries in a blender with the vodka. Stir the remaining Jello and vodka mixture together and pour into small paper cups – chill to set. Enjoy!
