Summer Fling

Yield: 1 Serving


  • 1 1/2 ounces Pernod
  • 1/2 ounce Chambord or other black raspberry liqueur
  • 3 dashes raspberry puree
  • Dash fresh lemon juice
  • Dash simple syrup
  • 2 ounces organic apple juice
  • Dry Meyer Lemon to top off


Pour all the ingredients in the glass without the Dry Meyer Lemon. Fill 3/4 of the glass with crushed ice. Stir well with bar-spoon. Top up with Dry Meyer Lemon and garnish with orange, lemon or lime zest.
