- 1 1/2 ounces Pernod
- 1/2 ounce Chambord or other black raspberry liqueur
- 3 dashes raspberry puree
- Dash fresh lemon juice
- Dash simple syrup
- 2 ounces organic apple juice
- Dry Meyer Lemon to top off
Pour all the ingredients in the glass without the Dry Meyer Lemon.
Fill 3/4 of the glass with crushed ice. Stir well with bar-spoon.
Top up with Dry Meyer Lemon and garnish with orange, lemon or
