Pernod Hot Toddy

Ingredients:
- 1¼ ounce brandy
- ¾ ounce Pernod
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 1 lemon wedge
- 1 orange wedge
- 5 whole cloves
- 3-5 whole all spice
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Freshly ground nutmeg to taste
- 1 cup boiling water
Method:
Combine brandy and Pernod with honey in an Irish coffee glass.
Add squeezed lemon and orange wedges. Add cloves, allspice, cinnamon
stick and fresh ground nutmeg. Fill with boiling water.
