Pernod Hot Toddy
Jennifer Galloway of Alderbrook Resort – Seattle, WA

Yield: 1 Serving

Ingredients:

  • 1¼ ounce brandy
  • ¾ ounce Pernod
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 1 lemon wedge
  • 1 orange wedge
  • 5 whole cloves
  • 3-5 whole all spice
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Freshly ground nutmeg to taste
  • 1 cup boiling water

Method:

Combine brandy and Pernod with honey in an Irish coffee glass. Add squeezed lemon and orange wedges. Add cloves, allspice, cinnamon stick and fresh ground nutmeg. Fill with boiling water.
