Pastry Chef Jessie Oloroso, formerly of Scylla, has recently begun selling her handcrafted Black Dog Ice Cream at the retail level. She is making 60 gallons of inventive ice creams, gelatos, and sorbets each week, mostly for local restaurants, and plans to open her own Black Dog Ice Cream shop in the future. |

10 Arts, the new bistro in the Ritz-Carlton lobby has opened. Eric Ripert of Le Bernardin in New York created the menu to be a more casual version of his signature cooking style. |
