The brothers are in the process of converting the old fire station in the heart of Belmont Center, Massachusetts and transforming it into a red-hot restaurant called The Fire House. Slated to open in Spring 2008, The Fire House will feature rustic Italian cuisine created by Chef Dante de Magistris in a country-casual setting.

Designed by Kobus, Tsoi & Associates, the space will remain true to itself and will boast 130 seats, an open kitchen, wood burning grill, large communal table, full liquor license featuring Belmont's first bar and outdoor sidewalk seating. Naturally, the fire pole will remain in the restaurant as well.
