Chef Gabriel Rucker and Erik Van Kley, of Le Pigeon in Portland, recently opened Little Bird, a 50-seat downtown bistro.

This December the award-winning husband and wife cooking team of Rachel Yang and Seif Chirchi will open Revel and adjacent bar, Quoin, in Seattle's hip and eclectic Fremont neighborhood with partners Chad Dale, Bryce Philips, and Ira Gerlich.

Rising Star Chef Richard J. Corbo, formerly of Ducca in San Francisco, is teaming up with restaurateur Godfrey Polistina to open Arrosto Restaurant in Port Chester, NY.
Charlie Palmer's Restaurant Group announced that Aureole's Executive Chef, Christopher Lee, will be leaving the restaurant at the end of the year. Chef Christophe Bellanca, formerly of Le Cirque and BLT restaurant group, will take his place.
