Chef Michael Mina and?Sommelier Rajat Parr have signed a deal to open RN74 in the in-construction Millennium Tower in SOMA. The opening is slated for 2009.

Centovini, the wine bar and wine store in Soho, has expanded to become a full service restaurant under chef Patti Jackson.
Rachel Binder, former pastry chef of Peter Hoffman's Savoy, is now the pastry chef of Lever House.

Jody Williams, chef of Morandi, has opened Gottino, an Italian small-plates wine bar. She will split her time between the two restaurants.
Amanda Freitag, currently chef of Gusto, has announced plans to leave the restaurant mid-December to take over as executive chef of The Harrison. Centro Vinoteca's Anne Burrel will be Gusto's new chef.
Chris Cheung, formerly of Almond Flower Bistro and Nobu, has replaced Patricia Yeo as executive chef of Monkey Bar.
StarChefs Charlie Trotter has confirmed his plans to open in New York. His new restaurant, as yet unnamed, will open in the forthcoming One Madison Park condo building, current site of Bobby Flay's Bolo, which will close in early 2008.
