San Antonio, TX - The CIA is preparing to open a new Bakery-Cafe at it's San Antonio Campus, and is collecting suggestions for a new name. Whoever comes up with the winning name will receive a free CIA class at the San Antonio campus.

Michael Mina will close his flagship restaurant in the Westin St. Francis this September and redesign the space into a Bourbon Steak. Restaurant Michael Mina will be transplanted to Aqua's old space.
Antica Pizzeria Napoletana, the new pizzeria from the owners of Farina is set to open this month in the Mission. The new restaurant will feature a wood-burning oven helmed by a pizzaiolo from Naples.
