9. Recipe for Mistletoe Mojito from Mixologist Jonathan Pogash of The World Bar - New York, NY
Yield: 1 Serving
Adapted by StarChefs.com

Ingredients:
1 ounces Myer's Platinum Rum
ounce fresh squeezed lime juice
ounce simple syrup
1 handful (around 10) fresh cranberries
5-7 large mint leaves
Seltzer Water

Method:
Muddle the cranberries and mint in the lime juice and simple syrup. Add the rum and ice and shake briefly. Pour into a highball glass. Top with a splash of seltzer water and garnish with two fresh cranberries skewering a mint sprig, as to look like mistletoe.
