1. Highlights from the International Chefs Congress
While our driving theme was the conceptualization and cooking of ingredients, each chef took a completely different approach at this year's Congress - what tied them all together: a sense of culinary optimism and a highly personal point of view. Catch up on some of the International Chefs Congress highlights - from keynote speaker David Kamp, author of United Stated of Arugula, to workshops, stage presentations, and panels.

We're so grateful to the chefs who traveled from near and far to make this year's Congress a huge success - not just the presenters, but the chefs who managed our prep kitchen and catering kitchen, hosted our lunches, and invited us into their restaurants for cocktails and parties.
