Maintain a positive attitude and take responsibility for presenting your accomplishments and achievements in a terse, strong manner. You should take the initiative to present what you have learned from past mistakes, rather than allow the interviewer to surface problems. For example, you should say that I now have the maturity to see that both the company and myself will benefit from a long-term relationship. Interview with confidence, and do not make excuses for past poor performance.
