  • 2 Fresh Strawberries
  • 4 Fresh Raspberries
  • 1 ½ oz. Spiced Rum
  • 1 teaspoon Powdered Sugar
  • Sweetened Cream

Macerate strawberries and raspberries with rum and sugar. Slightly whip cream. Swirl together 1/3 rum-berry puree with 2/3 slightly whipped cream in a champagne flute. Garnish with berries.
