2 ounces light rum
ounce fresh pomegranate juice
2 ounces fresh pineapple juice
seeds, to garnish
Pineapple chunks, to garnish
Pineapple wedge, to garnish
first three ingredients together with crushed ice. Pour into
a highball glass. Add splash of ginger ale. Garnish with pomegranate
seeds and pineapple chunks. Slide pineapple wedge on glass edge.
Toast and wink. Cheers!
