Yield: 1 Serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 ounce Cognac such as Courvoisier VS
  • 3/4 ounce Chai-infused Italian vermouth
  • 1 ounce freshly squeezed pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup


  • Garnish:
  • Dried rose buds


Method:
Put all ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with dried rose buds.
