Yield: 1 Drink

  • 1 ½ ounces Junmai Ginjo sake
  • ¼ ounce Aperol
  • ½ ounce of fresh blood orange juice or Boiron blood orange puree
  • ¼ ounce Pom Wonderful pomegranate Juice

    To Garnish:
  • Mint leaf
  • Gold leaf

Add the sake, Aperol, blood orange and pomegranate juice to a Boston Shaker, then add ice and shake. Strain into a sake glass. Garnish with the mint and gold leaf.
