Yield: 1 Drink
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ ounces Junmai Ginjo sake
- ¼ ounce Aperol
- ½ ounce of fresh blood orange juice or Boiron blood
orange puree
- ¼ ounce Pom Wonderful pomegranate Juice
To Garnish:
- Mint leaf
- Gold leaf
Method:
Add the sake, Aperol, blood orange and pomegranate juice to
a Boston Shaker, then add ice and shake. Strain into a sake
glass. Garnish with the mint and gold leaf.
