Yield: 1 Drink
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces Leblon cachaca
- 1 ounce Caribik Sun Acerola Concentrate
- 1 ounce Caribik Sun Passion Fruit Concentrate
- ¼ ounce lemon juice
- 1 ounce Brut Champagne
- Orchid or star fruit
Method:
Add the cachaca, fruit concentrates and lemon juice to a Boston
Shaker, then add ice and shake. Strain into a martini glass
and top with the Champagne. Garnish with a star fruit slice
or an orchid.
