  • 2 ounces Leblon cachaca
  • 1 ounce Caribik Sun Acerola Concentrate
  • 1 ounce Caribik Sun Passion Fruit Concentrate
  • ¼ ounce lemon juice
  • 1 ounce Brut Champagne
  • Orchid or star fruit

Add the cachaca, fruit concentrates and lemon juice to a Boston Shaker, then add ice and shake. Strain into a martini glass and top with the Champagne. Garnish with a star fruit slice or an orchid.
