- 2 ounces 42 Below Manuka Honey vodka
- 2 ounce pineapple juice
- 1 ounce amaretto almond liqueur
- Dash cracked black pepper, plus additional to garnish
- 1 piece Star Anise to garnish
Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice.
Add a dash of black pepper and shake vigorously. Strain liquid
into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a dash of cracked
black pepper and 1 piece of Star Anise.
