Yield: 1 Serving
- 2 thyme sprigs
- 2 mint leaves
- 2 ounces sour mix
- 3 ounces premium vodka
- 3 ounces soda & ice
- Additional fresh thyme and mint sprigs, for garnish
Muddle thyme and mint in a tumbler.* Add sour mix and vodka. Stir with
soda & ice. Garnish with thyme and mint and serve.
* Muddling is a simple mashing technique for grinding herbs in the
bottom of a glass. A wooden muddler will crush herbs, much as the back
of a spoon might, without scarring glassware. Wooden muddlers are available
in bar supply stores.
