Project Description: After an initial interview with French Culinary Institute President Gary Apito, Jade was given the go ahead to develop the cooking functions required for the new FCI teaching kitchen. Collaborating with FCI Master Chef Marc Bauer and Francois Morin of Sani Metal, Jade worked for one year planning and designing 24 kitchen suites. Jade overcame numerous challenges including delivery to the forth floor of a building on Broadway and delivering the 24 kitchen suites in less than 60 days.
