Project Description:
Designed and assisted by Trump Tower Executive Chef Joe Isidori, Jade was able to develop two distinct custom designed European style suites for chef Frank Brunacci of Sixteen at Trump Tower, Chicago.  The Fish Project showcases French tops, a plancha, cabinets and a 30” oven and the Meat Project features two open burners, a 36” wide oven and French tops while beautifully incorporating the customized, mirror-finished tubular overshelves.
