Project Description:
Jeff Brown, Principal of Inman Associates’ Miami office was tasked with creating an exhibition kitchen to serve three venues, a casual side dubbed “Tavern” a more formal side dubbed “Town” with round the clock room service. The result: a kitchen redesigned from three venues into one, with back to back cooking lines.
